Red Bird, OK City Hall

This shows the billboard that the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) has put in each of the All-Black towns. The Oklahoma History Museum sells a post card map of the state, showing where each extant town is. The towns have a fascinating history, and here in the Creek Nation, their histories are those of the Freemen and thus intertwined with those of the Native Americans.
